AllVPlus SCB Reconciliation

AllVPlus SCB Reconciliation is a financial reconciliation system developed for AllVPlus business operations.

The system helps authorized users review bank statement information, reconcile incoming and outgoing transactions, identify unmatched bank entries, and monitor payment and settlement status.

What the system does

Import and review SCB bank statement information
Compare incoming bank transactions with AllVPlus transaction records
Compare outgoing bank transactions with payment and payout records
Identify unmatched or unexplained bank entries
Record manual classifications and explanations for bank transactions
Review payment and settlement status
Support financial reconciliation and internal accounting controls

Google Account and Gmail Access

The system may request permission to access a connected Google account in order to retrieve specific emails and attachments required for financial reconciliation.

Gmail access is used to identify and retrieve relevant SCB statement or payment-related emails and attachments for authorized business use. Access is read-only: the system cannot send, change or delete email.

The system does not use Gmail data for advertising, marketing profiling, or unrelated purposes.

Google account access is used only to provide financial reconciliation functionality requested by the authorized user.

Bank and Payment Safety

AllVPlus SCB Reconciliation is primarily a reconciliation and monitoring system.

The system does not automatically authorize or initiate bank transfers solely from bank statement or email data.

Bank payment actions remain subject to the relevant business approval and banking processes.

Authorized Use

Access to the Financial application is restricted to authorized AllVPlus users.

Public visitors to this page do not receive access to financial records, bank information, customer transactions, or administrative functionality.
